What does Zogo mean by “pineapples?”
Pineapples are Zogo's main currency. Pineapples are earned by completing in-app content, participating in Zogo community events, and referring new users to Zogo. Pineapples can also be exchanged for gift cards, cryptocurrencies, and even donations to charities in the Wallet section.
Where is my gift card? My friend got theirs instantly!
The redemption email can take up to 48 hours to arrive. In some cases, your email may have filtered it out of your main inbox, so be sure to check your spam and junk folders for an email from Giftbit (our reward provider). If you have not received a redemption email after 48 hours, please contact support@zogofinance.com.
Why aren't my gift cards restocking? I've been waiting a while.
Be sure your Zogo app is using the most recent update. We make changes to our reward system regularly. This can sometimes impact whether or not you see rewards in stock. If your rewards are still out of stock, contact us!
Why was my gift card flagged for review?
We recently made updates to our reward system. Some current users will experience a 48 hour wait after redemption. All new users must wait 36 hours after making an account to redeem their first reward. This helps us filter out bots, spammers, and other suspicious activity. If your gift card was flagged for another reason, please contact support@zogofinance.com.
Why can't I sign up with my phone number?
First, double-check you aren't adding any extra spaces. Then, make sure your phone provider is supported by the Zogo system. Your phone number must be provided by a U.S. cell phone company, as Zogo currently only partners with banks and credit unions based in the U.S. We cannot accept email-based signup, and messaging apps or VOIPs like Skype will not work. How do I get pineapples for referring my friend?
Your friend must complete three modules in the app. Once completed, you'll automatically receive 500 pineapples. You can track your friends' progress on the Friends Leaderboard.
How do I get pineapples from a TikTok challenge?
We review all TikTok challenge video submissions once per week. If your video was uploaded to TikTok on the same week we received your submission (meaning you didn't submit the link to an old video) and you used the #Zogo tag, your Pineapples will be automatically added to your account. If you haven't received your Pineapples 7 business days after submitting your video, please contact support@zogofinance.com.
What does Zogo do with my data?
User data is processed and stored securely on the cloud, aligning with industry best practices. If you would like your data to be deleted, please send a request to support@zogofinance.com from the email address associated with your Zogo account.
